Registration Policy

Registration

  1. Participants must ensure adequate time to study the course materials for courses requiring prerequisites.
  2. Participants must ensure that they write their full name correctly as it will appear on the certificate.
  3. Participants must ensure the use of a valid E-Mail address for registration. For KAAUH and PNU Staff, use Work E-mail. for PNU Students, use Student E-mail. for non-PNU participants, use personal E-mail.
  4. The participant must enter their Saudi Council number in their profile for CME/CPD hours (If Applicable).
  5. To obtain the training activity CME/CPD hours, the participant must attend the entire activity.

Attending on-site courses

  1. Participants must ensure attendance and departure time according to the course agenda.
  2. Participants who come for life support courses 15 minutes late will not be able to attend the course and will be considered as ABSENT/NO SHOW.
  3. Participants who fail to comply with all course pre-requisites will not be able to attend the course and will be listed as ABSENT/NO SHOW.
  4. Participants are expected to demonstrate high values and ethics in attending training courses by ensuring appropriate engagement, and professional conduct.

Special requirements for life support courses

  1. PALS and ACLS courses: Participants must submit the Pre-course Self-Assessment and Pre-course Work International English IVE. If participants fail to submit the certificate, they cannot attend the course and will be considered as ABSENT/NO SHOW.
  2. NRP Course: The Completion Certificate, TWO DAYS before the course date. If participants fail to submit the certificate, they cannot attend the course and will be considered ABSENT/NO SHOW.

Attending online courses

Participants must complete the online course within specified access period after completing the payment; otherwise, the registration will expire, and participants will need to pay to re-enroll for the course to complete the course and earn their completion certificate.

Certificates

  1. To obtain the course certificate, participants must attend/complete the entire training course in which he/she is registered and accomplish all the course requirements successfully.
  2. The certificate is issued after completing the course requirements and will be sent within one week.
  3. CME/CPD is entered in the Saudi Council for Health Specialist site (Mumaris) within a month of the accredited activity date.
