Description

Objectives:

1. Apply the Saudi MOH guidelines of referring the cases to the ECMO centers
2. Define the type of respiratory and cardiac support
3. Differentiate between the advanced types of support to the heart and lungs
4. Evaluate the outcome of the respiratory support (VV ECMO)
5. Evaluate the outcome of the cardiac support (VA ECMO)
6. Prepare the patient for transfer safely on ECMO
